HOW DOES THE DIAMOND REWARDS LOYALTY PROGRAM WORK? 
Diamond Rewards is a free tiered loyalty program based on Diamond Reward Points. The more reward points you earn within a given period the higher the level you achieve and the more reward points that you will receive. There are 4 levels in the Diamond Rewards Loyalty Program.

HOW DO I JOIN DIAMOND REWARDS? 
All Soldiers Point Bowling Club members are automatically enrolled in the Diamond Rewards Loyalty Program. There is no fee to join. A member can opt out of the Diamond Rewards Loyalty Program by providing written notice to the club. A member who opts out will not be eligible to receive points, entitlements or benefits available to the Diamond Rewards Loyalty Program.

HOW CAN I USE MY DIAMOND POINTS? 
There are several options available to use your Diamond Points based on a value of 100 Diamond Points equalling $1.00.

* Pay by points when making purchases at the bar or reception.
* Redeem your Diamond Points for vouchers from a range of leading retailers.
* Redeem your Diamond Points for fuel vouchers.
* Redeem your Diamond Points for prizes from the showcase.

DO DIAMOND POINTS EXPIRE? 
Diamond Points expire 30 June each year when members balances will be reset to zero.

HOW DO I KNOW WHAT LEVEL OF DIAMOND REWARDS I AM IN? 
Simply swipe your card at the Members Kiosk to find out what Diamond Rewards Level you are in. The letter at the end of your name signifies the level you are in. Example Level 2 = Sapphire Level…look for an “S”.

Terms and Conditions: Members can only have one SPBC membership card in use at any one time. SPBC membership cards and Diamond Points are not transferable. No Diamond Reward benefit can be exchanged for cash. Diamond Rewards are subject to change at the Club’s discretion.
