Wedding, Birthdays, Anniversaries, Staff Parties, Sporting Presentations, Fundraisers – whatever your function Soldiers Point Bowling Club is the best possible venue. We can individually cater to all your requirements.

Functions from 20-400 people are catered for. If your party or special occasion has seated catering and over 100 guests your room hire is free in the Auditorium or over 60 guests in Seascapes. There is a minimum of 40 guests required for the Functions Menu in Seascapes. There is no minimum for events with the finger food platter option.

If you after a customised menu to suit your needs, book in now with our function coordinator.

Please note, if under 40 guests there is an additional charge of $20 per hour for the bar to be open.

Seminars, Conferences & Trade Shows

Seascapes – medium-sized room seating up to 100 theatre style or 60 classroom style. Audiovisual equipment including: cordless microphones, overhead data projector with ceiling-mounted retractable screen, VGA, HDMI & MAC connectivity and a lectern. Seascapes offers full bar facilities if required.

Auditorium – the Auditorium has a high ceiling and a large raised stage. Audiovisual including; overhead data projector with a wall-mounted screen, VGA & MAC connectivity and a lectern. The Auditorium offers full bar facilities if required.

Main Lounge – is an extension of the Auditorium offering an area capable of seating 450 banquet-style. Great for formal and informal dinners, seminars, trade or exhibition displays.

Christmas Parties

Break out the mistletoe and organise your staff, family or club’s Christmas party in one of our function rooms. Seascapes is ideal for the small to medium party with full bar facilities and a dance floor. Our Jukebox is available for hire or why not hire a DJ for the event and dance the night away.
